You have not entered into these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy Statement in reliance upon, and you will have no remedy in respect of, any misrepresentation, representation or statement (whether made by National Grid or any other person) which is not expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy Statement.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
