Government response to SAGE: further delay

SAGE is the UK's Stakeholder Advisory Group on ELF EMFs - see much more information on it here.  It produced its First Interim Assessment in April 2007.  Government made an initial response to that Assessment, including asking the Health Protection Agency for comments on it.  Since then we have been waiting for a final Government response.  We understood the Government Ministers involved - from Health, Communities and Local Government, and Energy and Climate Change - were due to meet in December 2008, but this was postoned.  The latest information comes from a Written Answer to a Parliamentary Question in January 2009, which says the response will be "early in 2009".
